How do I order?

When will I get my stuff?
Once our team processes your order within 1-3 business days, expect to get it within 7-15 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. Australia deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, US, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.

 

Is order tracking available?
Currently we only offer tracking for Australian orders. Please contact our team for tracking details.

 

What are the costs of shipping?
Shipping rates depend on where your package is being sent from and to.

 

Incorrect shipping address?

Please be advised we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Please contact our team ASAP and we will try to assist provided that your order has not already been shipped.

 

If I order multiple items, do they come in the same package?
Typically, multiple items come in separate packages.

 

Why did I not receive all items ordered?

To avoid delay and any disappointment in your order we may dispatch your order separately from multiple locations. Your order would be split and delivered to you separately. In this instance please rest assured that you will not incur any additional delivery charges.

All sales are final unless stated otherwise for returns and replacement please see our returns policy below. Refunds will be at the discretion of our customer service team.

Returns/Exchange

We are happy to exchange any item that does not fit. Simply return it to us un-used and with all tags for an exchange or store credit.

Any shipping fee will not be returned.

Items must be returned to us within 20 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

Can I cancel my order?
